Jason Ewart

Mr. Ewart is a corporate director who was the co-founder and the former Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Fountain Asset Corporation from 2003 until October 2017. Previously, he was a market analyst with A&E Capital Funding Inc. and Bradstone Equity Partners Inc. between 1998 and 2002 and Vice President of Quest Investment Corporation between 2002 and 2003. He has experience with bridge financing, financial analysis, quantitative modeling, equities trading and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Ewart holds an economics degree from McGill University.
Mr. Ewart is a Director of Denver based Attorneys Title Guarantee Fund Inc., Toronto based Marathon Mortgage Corp., Brane Capital and Vice Chair for the non-profit Northumberland Community Futures Development Corporation.
Timothy Farley

Timothy Farley is a venture investor and a serial entrepreneur. He is currently the CEO of North Columbia Holdings, a multi-strategy development platform servicing the rapid growth cannabis industry. He has been CEO of Shasta Gold Corp since April 2016 and a member of its Board of Directors since 2010. Mr. Farley actively invests across multiple industries, including technology, hospitality and renewable energy.
He is a co-founder of a leading corporate security group with marquis clients such as Waste Management and The National Football League. The venture-backed companies in his investment portfolio have secured financing from leading VC firms such as Accel, NEA and Lerer Ventures and have created a combined equity value in excess of $400 million.
Mr. Farley began his career with a stint on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where he pioneering role in creating and perfecting new securities and trading strategies. He is an independent film producer with three Sundance films to his credit and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Providence College.

Jennifer Fallon, CPA, most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Tour24, Inc., the leader in self-guided touring in the multi-family industry. With more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, she a serial entrepreneur with a strong background in start-up business, sales & marketing and financial analysis. Jennifer began her career at Deloitte where she focused on high-tech and manufacturing clients. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College.
Ashish Kapoor

Mr. Kapoor has over 20 years of experience in providing capital markets advisory and assurance services as a finance professional. After obtaining his Chartered Accountant designation at Ernst & Young, Mr. Kapoor has gained over 10 years of experience in investment banking; advising clients across various industries.
As a senior vice president at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., Mr. Kapoor was responsible for the Canadian telecom, media, entertainment and technology investment banking and principal investing group. During his 10 years at Macquarie, Mr. Kapoor completed in excess of $3 billion in successful principal investments and advised on a further $4 billion of mergers and acquisitions for third party clients.
Mr. Kapoor was formerly the CFO of a national consumer finance company, Transeastern Power Trust (prior to its current name, Blockchain Power Trust), an independent power producer focused on renewable energy sources.
John Cerny

Megan Howell

As Vice President Consumer Engagement & Marketing, Meg Howell brings to Hank over fifteen years of corporate marketing and automotive business development. Ms. Howell's experience in the Automotive industry provides her with the knowledge and insight necessary to understand dealership operation models, effectively building plans to maximize sales goals and retain customers. Prior to joining Hank, Ms. Howell was the National Account Director for a major Automotive Marketing firm, working directly with key national and international accounts, such Porsche Cars North America. Effectively executing strategic marketing solutions, Ms. Howell helped the firm to re-engineer and implement consumer omni-channel marketing solutions and providing strategic leadership, and, as a result, improved conversion and retention plans. She also consulted directly with BMW & MINI North America. Prior to her tenure as a National Account Director, Earlier in her career, as the Marketing Director at Premier Automotive Group,
Ms. Howell maintained financial partnerships with key international accounts, such as Kia Motors, Fiat-Chrysler, and Hyundai.Ms. Howell is a graduate of The University of Phoenix, with a penchant for philanthropy and a supercar enthusiast.
Sven Willenberger

Mr. Willenberger has an extensive career in data analysis, business analytics and machine learning. Prior to joining Hank in 2018, he was the Chief Technology Officer of United Pay Systems International and Systems & Database Administrator of Delmarva Online, LLC. He has spent over two decades extracting, refining, analyzing, storing and reporting on data in fields as diverse as telephony, debit card platforms, data security, blockchain, and financial analysis. Since joining Hank Sven has continued to expand his involvement in security initiatives beyond data security to include email systems and operational environments.
Patrick Ferguson

Mr. Ferguson brings a 20+ year career highlighted by delivering stable, scalable solutions in the telecom, financial and gaming industries to Hank. Mr. Ferguson is a veteran system architect, designer and software developer with a strong talent for identifying and implementing innovative and secure technology solutions that align with key business objectives and corporate goals.
Prior to joining Hank, Mr. Ferguson operated a successful consulting business developing SAAS and PAAS infrastructures for gaming, entertainment, fintech and telecom companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ferguson was both CTO and CIO for subsidiaries of Draper Holdings Business Trust, where he created and managed systems that acquired 100,000+ ISP customers.
In 2004, Mr. Ferguson developed a VoIP platform managing international voice traffic that received a valuation of $33M just four years after inception. He’s also led the development of other telecom platforms that still route voice traffic of over 1 billion minutes a month as well as having built blockchain networks on NEO, Ethereum and BitCoin.
